ORVIM has a complete organization that works in according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
ORVIM organization consists of:

  • Material planning and purchasing;
  • Manufacturing and refurbishing of instruments and assemblies;
  • Blowing and manufacturing of glass and polymeric membranes;
  • Quality Assurance.

Material planning and purchasing introduces all the demands in the informatic system that permits to execute and follow the following steps:

  • Order entry;
  • MRP explosion;
  • Order confirmation;
  • Purchase order of row material;
  • Launch on work order;
  • Inventory management;
  • Accounting-invoicing.

Manufacturing works according to procedures and specifications released and approved from Quality Assurance or from Customers.
The employees are highly skilled and able to do activities as blowing of glass electrodes and refurbishing of analytical instruments.
Quality Assurance analyses all the manufacturing processes in order to improve with continuity their quality and cost.

Particularly Quality Assurance supervises the activities regarding the Customer Satisfaction and the corrective actions.
